📅Pickup

A very special tour through the entire Sacred Valley. Our tour begins with pickup from your hotel at approximately 6:20 a.m. – 6:50 a.m.

📅Tour Route

We’ll take our transport heading north for about 40 minutes until we reach the archaeological center of Chinchero  a living Inca town that still preserves its original Inca layout and is located in a very important agricultural area.

After our visit, we’ll head to the Moray area, a fascinating system of circular agricultural terraces built into natural depressions in the land. These terraces were used to create microclimates for agricultural experimentation, domestication, acclimatization, hybridization, and general plant research.

Later, we’ll visit the Maras Salt Mines, which have been in use since pre-Inca times. There are over 3,000 shallow pools owned by around 380 local families. The salty water comes from natural springs that filter out of the same hill called Qoripukiu (“Golden Spring”). We’ll then head to Urubamba to enjoy a delicious lunch. After our tasty buffet lunch, we’ll continue to the tourist area of Ollantaytambo, one of the most famous Inca towns in Cusco, known for its remarkable constructions such as the Temple of the Sun, the Enclosure of the Ten Niches, the Baths of the Ñustas, and more.

After visiting Ollantaytambo, we’ll continue to the archaeological site of Pisac  its name comes from the Quechua word “Pisac.” Its fertile lands were used with intelligent terrace systems and irrigation channels, allowing the cultivation of what is considered the best corn in the world.
