After breakfast around 7:00 a.m., we will start trekking along the river. Along the way, we will see wildlife such as birds, small mammals, medicinal plants, and tropical fruits. Upon reaching Quellomayo (939 m), we will rest and have lunch. After about an hour of walking, we will take transportation to Santa Teresa (1,550 m), arriving around 4:00 p.m. (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and lodging included).📅Day 3: Santa Teresa – Aguas Calientes
After breakfast, you will enjoy the lodge and have the option to try activities such as zip-lining (optional, extra cost). Then we will drive to Hidroelectrica, where we will hike and stop for lunch along the way. After about 5 hours, we will arrive in Aguas Calientes. In the evening, you can stroll around town and relax in the hot springs. (Dinner and lodging included).📅Day 4: Machu Picchu – Cusco
The most exciting day! We will wake up early to visit Machu Picchu (2,400 m). After a 25-minute bus ride, we will reach the entrance to the site. Our guide will take you on a 2-hour tour exploring Machu Picchu’s highlights. Then, we will return to Aguas Calientes and provide instructions for your journey back to Cusco.
