We’ll depart early from your hotel at 4:30 a.m. to begin an exciting adventure to the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain, where you’ll enjoy beautiful landscapes and charming villages along the way. After exploring the mountain, we’ll return to Cusco. A day full of excitement awaits you!

We’ll pick you up early from your hotel and head toward Palccoyo Mountain. This will be a great day full of adventure and unforgettable experiences.

📅Tour Route

After picking you up, we’ll begin our journey through the South Valley. Our first stop will be in the picturesque town of Checacupe, where you’ll have the chance to admire the impressive Inca hanging bridge and the colonial bridge. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture this unique moment! If you wish, you can also walk across the hanging bridge and use the available restroom facilities. We’ll continue our trip to the town of Combapata, located at 3,630 m (11,910 ft). From here, we’ll take an unpaved road that will lead us to Palccoyo Mountain. Along the way, we’ll pass through the charming villages of Chiara and the Palccoyo community, where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase some souvenirs to take home. Once we reach the bus parking area, you’ll be able to enjoy an impressive view of the colorful mountains with the snow-capped Ausangate in the background. Then, we’ll begin a light hike to explore Palccoyo Mountain and immerse ourselves in its stunning natural scenery. At the appropriate time, we’ll return to our bus and head to the location where we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch — a perfect way to recharge before continuing our exciting day.

After a day full of adventure and spectacular landscapes, we’ll return to Cusco along the same route we took in the morning. We’ll arrive back in Cusco around 6:00 p.m., just in time for you to relax and share the amazing experiences of your day.
