📅Day 1: Arrival in Cusco
Upon arrival, our team will be waiting for you at the Cusco airport to transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon, we’ll take a guided tour of the Imperial City of Cusco, visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Temple of Qoricancha, and the nearby archaeological centers of Kenko, Tambomachay, Pucapucara, and the Fortress of Sacsayhuamán. 📅Day 3: Cusco – Machu Picchu
Breakfast at the hotel. Around 10:00 a.m., we’ll transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo to board the train to Aguas Calientes, arriving at approximately 3:00 p.m. After checking in at your selected hotel, you’ll have the afternoon free to explore the town and visit its hot springs. In the evening, around 8:00 p.m., our guide will meet you at the hotel to provide details about the next day’s excursion to Machu Picchu.📅Day 4: Excursion to Machu Picchu
After breakfast, we’ll head to the station to board the buses that will take you to the citadel of Machu Picchu on a 30-minute ride. Once on the mountain, we’ll enjoy the sunrise over the citadel. Then, our guide will begin a 2-hour tour through the main areas: Agricultural, Civil, Military, and Religious sectors, visiting the Intihuatana, the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Condor, and other important sites. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore the site on your own, and around 2:00 p.m., we’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you can have lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll return by train to Cusco, where our staff will meet you at the Poroy station for your transfer to the hotel.📅Day 5: Return to Lima
